This notice is to inform the public that Acute Hospice Care Inc. has officially ceased operations and is now closed effective May 1, 2026.

The closure has been carried out in accordance with all applicable California state regulations and Medicare standards, ensuring that all required procedures were followed to protect patient safety, continuity of care, and regulatory compliance.

All patients previously under the care of Acute Hospice Care Inc. have been appropriately discharged or transferred to other qualified providers to ensure uninterrupted hospice services.
